All listed products are artificial / fashion jewellery, not made from real gold, silver, or diamonds unless explicitly stated.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. For international customers, conversion is handled by the payment gateway at checkout.

Product photos are for reference only; minor variations in color or design may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen differences.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. Orders may be canceled due to:

❗ Once placed, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded as per our No Return & Refund Policy.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made securely via the following methods:

Remitly (for international customers preferring bank or UPI transfers to India)

💸 For Remitly Users:
Customers outside India who wish to pay via Remitly can send the payment to our Indian bank/UPI account. After sending, please email or WhatsApp us with your payment confirmation and Order ID for manual verification. Full details are provided at checkout under "Remitly – International Bank Transfer".
For international orders, currency conversion fees or international card processing charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local logistics

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

Jewel Street is not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs clearance or destination country regulations
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Exceptions are only made if:
