1. General

This website, www.jewelstreet.co.in, is owned and operated by Jewel Street, a brand offering premium artificial jewellery.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

These terms apply to all users — both within India and internationally.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All listed products are artificial / fashion jewellery, not made from real gold, silver, or diamonds unless explicitly stated.

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. For international customers, conversion is handled by the payment gateway at checkout.

  • Product photos are for reference only; minor variations in color or design may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen differences.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Shipping restrictions

❗ Once placed, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded as per our No Return & Refund Policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made securely via the following methods:

  • Razorpay (for domestic and international card, UPI, Net Banking, and wallet payments)

  • Remitly (for international customers preferring bank or UPI transfers to India)

  • Other authorized payment partners (as displayed at checkout)

💸 For Remitly Users:
Customers outside India who wish to pay via Remitly can send the payment to our Indian bank/UPI account. After sending, please email or WhatsApp us with your payment confirmation and Order ID for manual verification. Full details are provided at checkout under "Remitly – International Bank Transfer".

For international orders, currency conversion fees or international card processing charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Domestic (India) — Free Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner

  • Shipping is free across India. No extra charges are applied at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship globally to most countries

  • Delivery takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local logistics

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

  • Jewel Street is not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs clearance or destination country regulations

6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions are only made if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong product

To claim an exception, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order ID

7. Customs Duties (International Orders)

  • All applicable customs, import duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are not included in the checkout total

  • Refusal to pay these charges may lead to the package being returned or destroyed. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jewel Street.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jewel Street shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Delays in shipping or delivery

  • Technical issues, website errors, or third-party failures

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Tamper with or disrupt the functionality of the site

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse the platform

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, regardless of your location.
