🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of artificial jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Ordering the wrong product, style, or size

Delayed courier delivery
This policy applies globally — to both domestic and international customers.

💸 No Refunds
All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after ordering

Product appearance differs from expectation

Shipping delays

Refusal to pay import/customs charges (for international orders)
International Buyers Note:
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay applicable customs/import duties, no refund will be issued. Products may be returned or destroyed by local authorities at your expense.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Received?
We only make exceptions if:

The item is damaged during transit, or

You received a wrong item
To be eligible for resolution:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video (from unopened package to full reveal)

Include clear photos of the damaged/wrong item

Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging
Incomplete or late claims will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability and your location.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
