Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jewel Street, we take great pride in offering high-quality artificial jewellery designed with care and elegance. To maintain hygiene and ensure customer safety, we follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy across all orders — both within India and internationally.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of artificial jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the product

  • Ordering the wrong product, style, or size

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Delayed courier delivery

This policy applies globally — to both domestic and international customers.

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain strict hygiene standards for all jewellery items.

💸 No Refunds

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item selection during checkout

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Product appearance differs from expectation

  • Shipping delays

  • Refusal to pay import/customs charges (for international orders)

International Buyers Note:
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay applicable customs/import duties, no refund will be issued. Products may be returned or destroyed by local authorities at your expense.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

We only make exceptions if:

  • The item is damaged during transit, or

  • You received a wrong item

To be eligible for resolution:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share a clear unboxing video (from unopened package to full reveal)

  3. Include clear photos of the damaged/wrong item

  4. Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging

Incomplete or late claims will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability and your location.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

🌍 International Orders — Additional Terms

  • All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Customs delays

    • Import duties or taxes

    • Refused deliveries or clearance issues

Please verify your country's import regulations before placing an order.

📬 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is placed

  • If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, unavailability, or customs non-payment, reshipping charges will apply if reshipping is possible
