We currently ship to:

  • All states and cities within India (PAN India)

  • Most international destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and more

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India):Free shipping across India on all orders

  • International Shipping: Calculated dynamically based on:

    • Destination country

    • Package weight

    • Shipping method chosen
      Final charges are shown at checkout before you complete your payment

⚠️ All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed.


📦 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT as per the destination country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in your order total

  • The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties/taxes at the time of delivery

  • Jewel Street is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges

❗ Refusal to pay customs may lead to your package being returned or destroyed by your country's authorities. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

We take great care in packaging:

  • Each item is sealed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging

  • Orders are double-verified for quality before dispatch

  • Fragile items are securely cushioned to avoid damage during transit

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package in real-time.


❗ Delivery Issues & Responsibility

We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Customs clearance or inspection delays

  • Weather or political disruptions

  • Customer unavailability at time of delivery

If an order is returned due to the above reasons, re-shipping charges will apply if re-dispatch is possible.
